Coalition Series - Pivoting From Crisis To Opportunity

Thursday, May 28 at 11:00 AM - Noon

Join the DEIC team for a workshop-style session to discuss how local businesses can use this moment as an opportunity to try something new. Times of crisis create havoc for existing business models but also open opportunities for companies that are willing to try something different. Whether that means producing hand sanitizer instead of vodka or building a new software product for a completely different customer base, inventive companies find ways to come out of recessions stronger than before.

We will cover several examples of short and long term business pivots, and discuss how different industries will look 18 months from now. Come prepared to talk through how your business can use this time to find new customers or build new products for a post-Covid economy.
