Hanover CSB Young Adult Survey

Hanover CSB is collecting a young adult survey in our community. We want to hear from 18-25 year olds about their experiences and opinions on substance use and mental health. Participants will receive a gift card for completing the anonymous survey. Please see the attached flyer and promote to your employees and networks!
