ASHLAND, Va. (October 23, 2024) – The Hanover Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors names Audrey Biringer as Assistant Director. A 2023 graduate of Longwood University, Biringer brings fresh perspectives and enthusiasm to the Chamber staff. Her appointment reflects a commitment to fostering innovative ideas and community outreach within the organization. 

In her role, Biringer will assist Executive Director Marianne Powell in the overall management and operation of the Chamber, while working alongside staff, directors, member committees and the community at large to ensure successful execution of the Chamber’s initiatives. 

Biringer, previously a Communications Assistant at Hermitage Country Club, brings experience in communications and digital media. Her background and passion for community engagement will be valuable assets as the Chamber continues its mission. As a native of central Virginia, Biringer possesses an understanding of local community needs, enabling her to tailor initiatives that resonate with local businesses.    

“I am honored and excited to accept the position of Assistant Director at the Hanover Chamber of Commerce,” said Biringer. “I aim to find new ways to grow my abilities and knowledge through each new project and experience. I am looking forward to seeing what we can accomplish.”
